Forgot to take detailed notes, but this was nice. Not really any carbonic / natural / “new agey”notes, just a solid classically made gamay. Definitely has some structure, opened 4 hours before serving which was good. Didn’t sing on any one dimension of fruit / earth / acid / length / texture but was nice overall. — 7 months ago

Superb beaujolais, taut tannins, great fruit. — 9 months ago
Not a bad drop of Traditional CNDP here. Hot stone, meat, dust, garrigue, white pepper, melange of red and black fruit, spice. Raw tannin, lengthy, dtructured and built to last. Great example of WC and extended mas on Grenache. — 3 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2019 Hommage à “Marguerite” is a blend of three 1er cru vineyards in Saint-Aubin: Les Perrieres, Les Combes, Les Creots. The wine pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of green apple, lemon, starfruit, mixed white and yellow flowers, marzipan and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and there’s a lovely, creamy texture that accompanies the racy acidity. Drink now through 2039. — 5 months ago

Great fruit in this one! Much less feral and rustic than I expected. Wow. — 7 days ago
