Very light and fruity. Color a bit brown. Taste is good for pairing with pork with savory sauce. Impressed with the texture of this wine 8 years in the bottle.

Excellent immediately. Raspberries, cassis, light cherry, cigar box, black pepper, slight anise, and just a little vanilla. Heavily tannic and would go well with heavier meat. Medium-minus acidity. Didn’t evolve much in the decanter. — 4 years ago
The palate reminded me of a liqueur kind of medicinal and manufactured. — 10 months ago
It doesn’t get much better than this. A beautiful Rhone white blend. Aged better than expected. — 4 years ago
Perfumed fresh Syrah with grilled steak ($20) Wonderful fragrance and mouth feel, surprised by the alcohol content of 12.5% , thought it was higher — 3 years ago
This wine screams green olive! It was earthy and briney and had nice balance and acid. — 5 years ago
1st year they bottled the Mourvèdre alone. Dunnck calls this a California grand cru and I can see why. One of the highest vineyards in California (above 2500 feet) . Balanced with excellent acidity. So much tension and precision to balance the super pure fruit — 6 years ago
