This had nicely mellowed with age to well balanced, mildly spicy rich dark fruit with a nice inner sweetness. Mouthfilling with good length, along with the Halcon Alturas I had recently, this is the first Cali Syrah I’ve enjoyed. Have I found my spot on the Central Coast?
