Earthy but smooth tannins. Old world value. James Suckling 91 Pts maybe later with more air. But then I am not really calibrated today after just finishing 31 dry days. It’s good to be back. — 5 years ago
Good for $16. — 6 years ago
Delicious, all brioche and delight. Perhaps a touch sweet for my taste, but then I like ‘em beyond bone dry. Will be getting more and stashing it away. — 6 years ago
A favorite dessert wine that's strikes the perfect balance. Straight from the winery. Thanks Oz for the refill. — 7 years ago
Smooth. Not green. Great fruit to acid. — 8 years ago
2011 Vintage, it is a fantastic bargain at $20, not sure why everyone was down on it in their reviews. It has the delicate rose almost transparent quality. It starts out a with slight red fruit and opens up to deep red cherries. I think it is hard to find a good Pinot for $20 or less from Cali, this is a lot better than most at that price point. They also have some great bubbles at great prices, great bargain, all estate grown fruit🇺🇸 — 8 years ago

Grapefritey and slightly bubbly, yummo! — 11 years ago
Enjoyed this aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe stone fruit and easy to drink — 4 years ago
Some lighter herbaceous notes on the nose with a touch of pepper and cassis. The tannins are soft and subtle here, but present enough to get the job done. Finishes with a chocolate note. — 6 years ago
Bright black fruit aromas, very accessible and soft. Good balance of fruit and acidity, medium tannins and lively finish with blackberry, mocha and earthy notes. Great wine for easy drinking with friends — 7 years ago

Gloria Ferrer always one of my favorites. Not a white wine fan but this is a good one. — 10 years ago
Deep garnet in color with lots of body, this Pinot drinks more like a Cab. Finished smooth with aromas of burnt cassis and licorice. — 4 years ago
Bursting with lush juice — 5 years ago

We recently pulled some cases out of storage, which haven't seen the light of day for nearly 15 years, so I'll have some fun posts in the next several months.
Nose has split oak firewood (barely seasoned), cigar box, moist cedar shavings, blackberry, dried black currant, dried roses, fresh violets, moist leather, dried lavender dark chocolate powder and graphite pencil shavings.
Palate has chocolate covered blackberry, tarry black cherry, cedar sawdust, dark chocolate bark, prune, anise candy, clay pot and leather. Very long finish, subtle tannins exist still, amazing wine!
Cork pulled, 2h rest, then decanted 6h, a perfect bottle, still young, future bottles may be 2023-30, without concern.
