Has that high-toned, wafty scent of PN grown on limestoney soil: almost confectionary cherry/pomegranate fruit, crisp rhubarb, and nose-tingling crushed stone. Tight, minerally, and almost austere in the mouth, but with very nice length and some nice fruit at the end. Seems very youthful for a 6-year old Sancerre rouge. — 7 years ago

Harmony, depth, and energy - what more can one ask for from a wine. I must note, the texture is surreal and ranks amongst the most pleasing mouthfeel I've experienced in a wine. A light flinty, mineral nose, light creamy oak notes on the palate, but oddly a red fruit character so slightly tonight, like strawberry but not strawberry all at the same time, intriguing. — 7 years ago
