Highly enjoyed. A lot going on. Mineral. Stone fruit. Honey. Petrol. Acid backbone. Screw cap. — 3 years ago
(Tasted November 2019)
Not your uncle’s Pinot Grigio. Full bodied and luscious with ripe orchard fruit, minerals, and enough structure to keep evolving in the cellar. This was a fun left field bottle to share with wine geeks at thanksgiving. $40

Sparkling wine, feeling so fine. This was so lovely. The grapefruit notes made it very memorable. — 3 years ago
Good. A little bit of green apples on this, perhaps a little oxidized cause it felt like a lot older bottle but serious stuff — 3 years ago
About 3 years since my last bottle. This is fantastic now. On the nose: ripe peach, soft yeast, dense honeysuckle, soft petrol..so floral and intense. Fantastic acidity, and amazing density, lemon oil, peach, honey, then dripping with mineral intensity...wet stone, mineral oil, and the fruit recedes, only to reappear as soft lemon on the finish. Absolutely lovely. — 4 years ago
Natty bubbles and silly good. This was in a category unlike anything I can recall. — 5 years ago
Really cool, light and very drinkable - blackberries, red berries and some natural funk — 5 years ago
