2005 bu en 2025. Un magnifique cabso qui a de beaux tannins un peu plus soyeux. Wow! — 3 months ago
had this years ago and i feel like they've made some great strides: Monastrell from Yecla can be flabby fruit bombs, but this is a legit wine, great old vine material, had some of the secondary aromas & flavors from southern France, some of that feral quality, some iodine, white pepper along with copious amounts of black & red fruit. polished & poised, smooth thru nice finish — 2 months ago
Excellent Spanish crianza. Sharing with family. — 2 months ago
Impressed by the delicate nose, sour cherries, almond blossom, good volume, freshness, good moment of consumption. — 4 months ago
I am always curious to taste more Minnella
This wine is rich and mineral
It would go great with swordfish
Honestly not my style
I find it to horizontal
I prefer a bit more freshness and verticality
Although it is a wine that reveals the territory that comes from — 5 months ago
Been a minute. But glad to find this one again at Cantina in Sifnos. Clean lemony nose. Light lemon and sea salt. Slight hints of white peacb. — 2 months ago
Pisano RPF Tannat 2021 🇺🇾
A bold statement from Uruguay’s signature grape.
Crafted from 100% Tannat, this wine is part of Pisano’s most prestigious line, with RPF meaning Reserva Personal de la Familia, originally held back for family use only. Aged for 10–12 months in French oak, this is a powerful, intense, and deeply expressive red that doesn’t hold back.
On the nose: Explosive aromas of black plum, blackberry, charred tobacco, leather, and a heavy dusting of dark spices.
On the palate: A dark-fruited cascade, plum, blackberry compote, and baking spices unfold with layers of earthy, savory depth. Expect firm, drying tannins (classic Tannat!) balanced by juicy fruit and oak integration. Give it time, as it needs a good decant to fully show its hand.
Mouthfeel: Dense, textured, with a long, flavorful finish that sticks with you.
Food pairing? A must. Think grilled meats, short ribs, or slow-cooked lamb.
A wine that commands attention and celebrates bold Latino character, pure power with soul.

Sipping Fine Wine
Torres family has been related to wine since 17th century when their ancestors first planted vines in the Penedès, a winegrowing region dating to the days of the Phoenicians. Deep Ruby with aromas of jammy fruit, pepper and toasty cedar. On the palate this blend of Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah shows black currant, jammy blackberry and pepper, vivid acidity with fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, oak and earthy character. Nice. — 20 days ago
