Wow for around $10 a bottle this is an exceptional value. clean not sweet-a really fresh tasting rose from France — 8 years ago
There is something about Beckstoffer Georges III vineyard Cabernets that I almost always love. Like this wine, they almost always have a beautiful combination of black cherry and blueberry fruit in abundance. Maybe not as serious and structured as a To Kalon or a Dr. Crane cab, but so pleasurable and makes me so happy! — 8 years ago

Hard to rate this fairly given it’s young age and lack of decanting.. it was a little tight and closed initially but started to open up as the bottle was consumed .. Has great upside and I can see this easily being a 95+ point wine if given the proper treatment! — 5 years ago

Is it showing age or just showing the problematic vintage of 2011?
In a great spot after an hour of air. A fantastic complement to lamb chops. Bravo, @Mike Smith! — 3 years ago
1.5 hour decant (just a little cloudy sediment). A thrilling dark purple garnet color. On the nose: blackberry, floral, spice, gravel. Taste: dry, acidic, medium body wine with blackberry, tobacco, cassis, some dusty tannis still there and a cherry cedar medium finish. — 6 years ago

W.S. Grand Tour Vegas: Deep, rich dark berry fruit with nicely integrated oak. Smooth, lingering finish. Excellent. — 8 years ago
Honeysuckle and lilac, not sweet but light and spring flowers. — 9 years ago
