There is something about Beckstoffer Georges III vineyard Cabernets that I almost always love. Like this wine, they almost always have a beautiful combination of black cherry and blueberry fruit in abundance. Maybe not as serious and structured as a To Kalon or a Dr. Crane cab, but so pleasurable and makes me so happy!

Apr 21st, 2018Very nice. It has that combination of blue and red fruits that I always find in GIII cabs. This one has quite a bit of structure and I think will improve with medium-term cellaring.
