A little Italian gem. You never know what you’re going to get out of Italy but this is a beautiful wine. Paired with a Tagliatelli. — 5 months ago
Wonderful, light, high-toned with a nice deep cherry. Lovely wine. — 7 months ago
Ruby color with a bouquet of dark fruit, spices, leather, oak and floral notes, blended from 3 vineyards, long skin maceration. On the palate flavors of black cherry, currants and raspberry with notes of pepper, floral and mint. Long finish, nice balance with fine soft sweet chewy tannins ending with fruit and earthy notes. Just starting to drink now! Will continue to age. — 9 months ago
Do not drink a lot of Barbaresco. however this came across very well with fruits and tannins still doing their job. think it has a few more years left in it — 2 years ago

Along with the majestic 2010 one of my favorite Stella vintages. So giving right off the bat, never any heat even in this warm vintage, just so fresh and clean wafting stunning perfumed aromatics with an elegant, detailed and voluminous palate. Always an amazing expression of Sangiovese. — 5 months ago

Grand Canal. Light and fruity. — 9 months ago
Tasted blind. Dark red and opaque. Notes of tart cherries, earth, molasses, some wood, and a hint of VA that blew off. Rich fruit in the mouth. Monolithic though, and very quiet compared to the diva 64 Giacosa that is singing next to it. Perhaps it was the less air time that this had. What a treat to taste two great 64 Barolos side by side, brought brown-bagged by two different people. — 4 years ago
this Italien wine is divine! With initial notes of Strawberry down through a rollercoaster of four or five noticeable and distinct notes and then back with just a bit of sweetness on the back of the tongue. Afterwards a perfect lingering to enjoy…

Bourgogne uit Italië in de tuin top — 6 months ago
Darker colour than the 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo tried earlier in the week. A little more rustic and less expressive on the palate but remains true to Piedemont with rose and cherry flavours and appealing texture. New grape variety for me which is interesting. Lower price point so accessible entry to the Rinaldi style which I’m currently thinking is similar to Bartolo but a less little less savoury. — 3 years ago
Drinking a 2010 vintage in December 2019 and this wine is still drinking quite well and it could be argued that it’s at or near it’s peak. Excellent nose, beautiful color and lasting finish. Pairs well with red meats, stews, soups, cheeses and breads. Also roasted pork dishes that are more flavorful. Glad I bought a case and cellared it for several years. — 5 years ago

It's just an absolute stunner. What a beautiful Nebbiolo. In London, we enjoyed this beauty at a beautiful restaurant where we enjoyed it mainly with a gnocchi and pork chop. Superb 👌🏽 — 4 months ago
