Began as a dream of 2 friends, Ed Selyem & Burt Williams, who pursued weekend winemaking as a hobby in 1979 in a garage in Forestville, CA, and made their first commercial vintage in 1981. Deep Ruby red with aromas of berry fruits with citrus spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry & raspberry, cacao, with notes of vanilla and spice. Elegant fine tannins, long finish, lively acidity ending with fruit and sweet spice notes. Pricey but will not disappoint, worth a try! — a year ago
