Green apple nose. In the glass white sherry and pear. This wine needs food! Very unusual and for wine geeks only. A unique taste. Nariz: ciruela e higo ambos maduros, regaliz, tomillo, cuero. Ya mostrando evolucion la nariz.
Boca: Seco, Tanino M, Acidez M, Alcohol Alto. Largo en boca.
Vino con muy buen bouquet, complejo y con buen balance a pesar del alto nivel de alcohol. Excelente.

O. M. G! And this is just their Valpolicella! I can only imagine the ecstasy of their Amarone. Such amazing depth, yet light and elegant. Dried red pomegranate fruit and leather on the nose, but it opens to darker depths of wild black fruits and creosote smoke on the palate, plus a bit of a briny note to a finish that goes on for-e-ver.
