Green apple nose. In the glass white sherry and pear. This wine needs food! Very unusual and for wine geeks only. A unique taste. Will certainly lead to discussions some will hate it others will like it. According to E&M this needs time in the bottle. Certainly needs to be decanted. Don't drink too cold!

Very experimental. Orange wine for more texture. Requires trained palate to enjoy this unusual wine. Dry, lack of fruit but good depth...
