Nice balance with only mild sweetness, Paired perfectly with Chinese food with any Asian dishes. Drank in November 2024 — 7 months ago
Dry and very classic tasting Riesling. Wet stone, lime, honeysuckle, green apple, green pear, flint, and the faintest hint of petrol. Clean with high acidity, medium alcohol, light body and a terrific compliment to food. I had it with tuna tartare and it was a knockout. Terrific value. — 2 years ago
Unbelievable, absolutely fabulous! I must have had it with the right food (including cauliflower with dill cheese as well as some cheese and crackers, all dill centered). Excellent! Could not stop drinking it, as it was so good! — 5 years ago
Crisp, bright, refreshing and juicy. Delicate and balanced, subtlety dry. Pear and pineapple in the aroma and taste. Great with food or sipping. Delightful. — 5 years ago
Slightly sweet. Very refreshing. — 6 years ago
The last time I had this was at The French Laundry trying to convince someone to support a nonprofit I love. The subsequent gift was generous but, somehow, underwhelming. This wine is like that. A great vintage, a great vineyard, in great hands, but it had so much more potential. I’m not whining about a 97-point wine; I’m lucky to enjoy it. But it could’ve been even more. — 6 months ago
Best bottle of New York ever… go buy it now…. Thanks Liz & Ben Eberle Cherries and sweet Fruit — 3 years ago
Really nice and a great price. — 4 years ago
Extremely complex and full of acidity. Aromatics of lemon, Granny Smith apple, basil, wet stones and rubber. The pallet features flavors of lemon pith, peach, green apple and slate. Straw colored and lively. Hint of fruity sweetness on the finish. Nice FLX expression of this outstanding Eastern European grape! — 5 years ago
Drinking very well right now (2024). Critics said to drink up but I found it still having strong fruit balancing the dirt. Reminded me of some lovely aged Bordeaux I've had in the past. I'd enjoy now or over the next few years if you're lucky enough to have any bottles. Cheers! — 6 months ago
Crisp, not too sweet —perfect aperitif IMHO — 7 months ago
starting my first Dr Konstantin Frank lineup with his Finger Lanes Gewurztraminer. nose dominated by fresh lychee. getting some some tropical melon and lemon rind, and a little bit of saltwater. tropical is the theme for me. similar on the palate. a very nice win at a bargain price. — 4 years ago
Touch of petrol, lemon and lime, pear, apple, and candied peach. Cracking lip smacking acidity that intertwines with the residual sugar, then after the long finish the flinty minerality shows slightly. Super fun to drink — 5 years ago
Very clean and light with green apple, honey melon, kiwi, petroleum and a hint of smoke. Nice but a bit light. — 5 years ago
