A 2007. Delicious with a leg of lamb on a cold NY night. — 8 years ago
2014 opened Nov 2017. Bay leaves and sea salt on the nose. Lemon zest, limestone and earth tones on the front end. Tart tannic structure on the back -- a nice balance to the minerality of the front end. Not a great wine, but very drinkable . — 9 years ago

Great w veal. Some complexity w fruit forward nose. At Poire Noir - Trois Rivieres. — 10 years ago
Slight floral quality to the edgy sweetness and gorgeous black fruit. I suspect some co-fermentation here (Viognier). Lovely, lively, and lithe on the palate. Plenty of acids here, so this will pair with nearly any meats. Just to reiterate, this is not your typical Paso syrah (no offense), but an elegant rendition of the grape. — 11 years ago

Bottom half of cork was soft. Color was clear dark golden. White flowers, honeysuckle, some cider that evaporated leaving well integrated, delicious stuff. Fun to drink aged whites. Even more fun to drink them with @Colin Nuckolls — 10 years ago
