Delicious perfect white burgundy at hibernia — 7 months ago
Lots of complex aromatics that became even more expressive as the bottle warmed up. Some oxidative notes mixed with bread and flowers. In the mouth this leans to the vinous side. Acid driven which allows it to be consumed through out the meal. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish — 2 years ago

Really stunning wine. Maybe best one ever and I have had everyone since 14. Nose is dripping with terror, deep forest, rain soaked moss, light sweet wood, burst of minerals and some green apple skins. But so stunningly pure. Palate is rich and ripe but so pure and juicy. Elegant and deep with a lovely opulence and wonderful freshness and lift. Impressive finish. Such an airy yet dense wine. Just glorious. — 6 months ago
Nose is so mineral. Lemony and buttery. But it’s overwhelmingly mineral and scene in the forest. Palate is racy and ripe but has terrific acidity, freshness and cut. Long finish. Juicy and so pure. Really awesome stuff. Wow as this opens the e berg is palpable and the complexity is off the charts. So good. Nice richness on the palate now with a few hours of air. — 2 years ago
Dry and bold with a lingering finish. Oak, tart cherries, and a hint of something that reminds me of really good olive brine. — 5 years ago

First bottle we had in many years. Was nice and fresh but not as complex as our recollection from great vintages. — 6 months ago
