Costco wine. Good house Chablis: 9.0 — 3 years ago
Pale lemon yellow. Citrus, pineapple, honey, white flower. Minerals. Stainless without oak. Dom. De Malandes 21 @5280, AD, 240614 — a year ago
Note this is the LM Forets Chablis not the Montmain…purchased alongside the Fourchame Malandes a few months ago but not nearly as good - perfectly pleasant, pleasing lack of acidity on the back end but also unremarkable — 3 years ago
Another year of bottle age has helped this wine. I love the purity of the nose. Citrus zest inflected, barely-ripe apple fruit, a wee note of Indian spice, some classic Chablis brothiness, intense limestoney minerality. The nose alone is worth the price of admission. In the mouth, it hits with an initial heavy punch, but then the acids kick in and lighten the mood. The flavors are a tad one-dimensional. The finish is not as long as I’d like, but it’s nicely minerally. — 9 months ago

Winner winner chicken dinner. Intensely complex with sourdough and cheese rind aromas, lemon pith and cardamom. A showstopper. Will stock up on these. Move over Raveneau (at a fraction of the price). Chablis cannot get much better. — 2 days ago
