Fresh, crisp, minerality, citrus, stone fruit like apricot; no oak, it’s my perfect every time every day wine ; slight slight smokiness, could almost taste the gravel ..the vines were grown in the silex soil — a month ago
From red sandstone. Ripe and intense, tons of rocks, acidic crunch, saline and pit fruit. Time will undoubtedly temper this but impressive — a month ago

2020 vintage. Medium body. Pleasantly oily without being unctuous. Oodles of stone fruit and citrus with that anticipated and desired mineral underbelly. Finishes lighter and cleaner on the end palate than the experience thru the start, then mid-palate. Butcher’s prep. Mostly lean but just enough fat to stick with this cut consistently. In a word-revelatory. 4.10.24. — a month ago

Needs a good 75 minUte decant. Very reluctant.
Nose: Smokey minerals. Lemon rind. Pith. Some sea breeze. Complete. Much richer and more dense as it opens.
Palate: hint of sweet lemon. Hidden density. Delicious. Elegant. Almost an herbal liquor taste after an hour. Denser an hour in.
