See previous note from February 2024. Peachy and mineral. Absolute purity on the palate with profound intensity and medium minus acidity. At 10 years still with a future but hard to beat right now. Jancis Robinson’s German expert, Michael Schmidt, scored this 19/20. Seriously a world class dry Riesling (13% ABV). Some tasters are getting petrol/kerosene aromas but I’m not getting that. — 10 months ago
The first sip is like a crystal explosion, shattering into shards of pure flowers, lime, calcite rocks and smoked fruit candy. Smoked plum, apricot blossom, muskmelon, citrus peel and an electric zing of minerals on the palate. The tense delight of lemon candy. What a fantastic negotiation of subtle sweetness and unbridled acid. — 4 years ago
Some generous soul opened this as I was leaving and it stayed in my mouth the whole ride home. 🌈 — 9 months ago

Good. On the sweet side. Good with spicy food. — 5 years ago
Beautiful candy fruits with subtle nutty tin/ petrol nose. Beautiful acidity and great finish. Great value as well. I prefer the Troken style and boy did this deliver. — 6 years ago
Needs some age to balance out the fruit and acidity. — 6 months ago

No formal notes . Quite deep lemon gold colour , hint of amber . Quite developed on the nose , honey , touch of caramelised peel , dried spice , honey and saffron . On the palate this is fresher with good acidity and caramelised peel , honey , quite good length and balance . Drinking now , wouldn’t leave this too much longer especially in half bottle — 10 months ago
