Very fruit forward and sumptuous. You can tell this wine had a method behind the craftsmanship. Delicious with apple/pear juices. Very dry and delicious. — 2 years ago

Last night (NYE). Good stuff. Not overly fruity and not dry. Nice balance. — 4 years ago
Consistently delicious and great value in Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Champagne.
Fresh, reductive, lively on the palate. Green apple, lemon, lime zest, baguette crust, pineapple, white peach, lanolin, cream, perfect chalk & minerality, yellow & white florals, beautiful acidity and rich polished finish that persists.

14abv. Smells of dirty laundry and burnt crackers! Taste is incredibly smooth, peppery, not fruit forward. Deep, dark fruits. Everyone raved about this one! — 9 years ago
Nice gold in the glass…medium mousse with deep, ripe red delicious apple and crunchy biscuit notes. Expands as it warms…and takes on gravitas and complexity. Scottish Salmon Pesto, creamy Greek salad, and fresh MI cream corn. I love July weekends just hanging, cooking, sipping champagne. Happy summer, Vinous! — 10 months ago
Richer style. Like a hug. Very brioche nose. Body and faint sweetness make this suitable for heavier foods or dessert. An aperitif not so much. — 4 years ago
Beautifully textured with good power and a bit of a chalky minerality, baked biscuits, bosc pear, marzipan, and gala apple. — 5 years ago
