After another day shopping with Mrs E we were not only worn out but broke so to McDonalds we went & I grabbed the new €44 Pardo Enea to pair with the burger 🍔 & enjoy in our hotel room at 11pm - dinner with style 🤣 better than the thick shake 😊

A ”mid range” Priorat from Terroir Al Limit of 4,684 bottles s that we tasted at the winery but much better at home & as good as the 2014 we had a month ago but showing more red fruits & slightly more depth in body but freshener & dryer as it needs a few years 😍 For €53 this is just superb 👏 it screams elegance 💖 Another winner from @gabymeetswine @vilaviniteca

So I was wondering why this wasn't hitting 93, 94 for me tonight. Sure enough, new vintage 2013. 2012 scored better. Maybe needs more time, but I did decant this for 1.5 hours. Still solid 92 though.

This is some real deal shit. Blue-black berries nose with slight licorice and leather. A perfect sphere in my mouth--hits everything equally. The zin comes out subtly. Really amazing.
