Nose: wild. Hard to describe. Wisps of oxidation. Some red fruits.
Barrels oak from Damery.
Single plot.
Palate: very fruity. Lovely integrated oxidation. Very juicy.

Warmer year Chablis cru. Lacks acidity — 6 years ago
Another star in Rosenthal book but I’m a bit puzzled by the muted enthusiasm on Delectable. Sure, not the last word on complexity but what glory in classic chard & Macon notes. Rich & minerally mouthfeel, balanced. Yeah, for less than 15$ local. So what’s the problem? — 7 years ago
Plenty of ripe red fruit, bubble gum, medium body and a lot of brett on the nose. — 6 months ago

deep dark sexy Bourgogne rouge. — 9 months ago
Red deep fruit colour. Very nice nose of cherry and spices, pepper. In the mouth it is both crunchy and of a beautiful intensity, which will express all the better as the bottle will have been aerated for at least a good hour. An elegant bourguignon beaujolais, with a gastronomic profile that is still a little young. Clearly tailored for long guard. — 2 years ago

What a showing. Nose is all brioche and yeast Bur refined and so fine. Gorgeous spice bazaar as well. So airy and mineral. Palate is just insane. So dense and concentrated with super fine bubbles. Palate is feral and bright with terrific spice and flavor intensity. So clean and pure — 6 months ago
