Outstanding cab/merlot blend. Sister of sexual chocolate. Excellent price point. Around $20. — 8 years ago
Not worth its weight in gold nor wine. Over priced but I’d pay for the label all day everyday. Hahaha the French are annoying — 8 years ago
Mmmm this was very good. Good fruit concentration with an aroma right down my alley - dry fruit, smokey, earthy, earl grey and a little nutmeg. Full body, high tannins and a long finish, of course, for a Nebb ;) — 9 years ago
Just F'n fun — 11 years ago
Sweeter than I normally drink, but man does it go down easy. — 11 years ago
I'm down with this! Very approachable pinot that is easy to pair with foods and not too expensive! Show up to a gathering with this and people will not only love the taste but the fact it is called OPP.....yeah, you know me! — 11 years ago
Turn't from grapes to wine the same year as Dr. J said, "It's a down-time; see you next year." — 13 years ago
Lekkerste rose die ik tot nu toe gehad heb. Licht droog en bloemig van smaak. — 7 years ago
I truly am not a silver oak Fan but their old stuff has some Kung pow to it. It actually evolved after being opened in the glass for an hour. I prefer it to a new vintage hands down, no questions asked. This actually surprised me and is definitely the WOTN between these two. Truly, truly surprised me. Can’t go wrong for this price point! I found this one for sale for 80 bucks. Winner, winner chicken dinner in my book! — 8 years ago

Dense red currant is ‘wrassled’ down by fennel aromas, mint and black cherry with strawberry and blackberry hidden beneath its thick canopy of fern and forrest; including moss and mushroom. Actually amazing! Not going to ever guess that this herbaceous monster with rim to rim colt density is an 11 yr old Calistoga! Meaty notes of grill and marinated fungi. Celeriac root, fennel and licorice notes define this angel with a minty coolness persisting! Blackberry and black cherry emerge in the finale to shine like young wine despite the years!#Larkmead #2007cab #Calistoga #Napa #napacab — 8 years ago
A very good Tignanello...finished our TE restaurant meal with this one after a good bottle of Chateauneuf du Pape...and hands down this Super Tuscan excelled. Took the remaining amount in the bottle back to our suite to finish during the PA blizzard...Yummy! — 10 years ago
Good now, will be better down the road. Having with short ribs today. — 11 years ago
Wow...very delicious...this is just a great cab...it goes down smooth. — 12 years ago
Very enjoyable, found this very bold in the first taste and mellowed out towards the finish which was very smooth. Fruity and balanced. — 7 years ago
Jammy blueberry, dry. medium acidity. Medium finish — 8 years ago
The 2014 Pichon Lalande has the edge over Pichon Baron a few months ago. It is a tight race but here Pichon Lalande edges it. It has a wonderful, complex, intense bouquet with blackberry, briary, graphite and mint – just a straight-down-the-line Pauillac with all the aristocratic flair you look for. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, layers of pure black fruit laced with graphite and mint. It is blessed with a satin-like texture, not a hair out of place from start to finish, with a long, persistent aftertaste that completes a fabulous wine for the vintage. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting. (Neal Martin, Vinous, March 2018) — 8 years ago

Hands down my favorite Cab. Excellent. Not too heavy. Received as a gift. — 11 years ago
A little too late, smoky but winds down quickly even in decanter, still worth the evening. — 11 years ago
Hands down best wine I ever had. — 11 years ago

OK, I’m in. This English sparkling wine thing is legit. Fresh, crisp and nicely balanced toasty biscuit character. — 7 years ago
