Lots of lots of time. But very promising. — 3 years ago
Memorable apple flavor. Too sweet for prolonged drinking, but in moderation (a quarter pour) and drunk slowly, I really savored it. Like nectar. Dessert course of Forage’s Rhône wine pairing menu (with crème fraîche ice cream and hazelnut bread pudding and mandolined crabapple). — 7 years ago
Vibrant with strong berry; very balanced. — 6 years ago
A big, bold, well balanced Rhone. Fruit aromas of juicy plum take the forefront with white pepper, mint, lead, tar, chocolate, and smoked meat in the background. Full bodied with tons of depth and complexity. — 9 years ago
Single-vineyard blend of Syrah (75%) and Grenache (25%), deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, figs and currants with cacao and earthy notes. Long finish, fine tannins, nice mouthfeel, ending with fruit, earthy mineral and pepper spice. Biodynamically farmed, drinking well now! — 2 months ago
