As close to perfect as possible. This 2016 vintage was dipped inn2024 with great pleasure. Beautiful fruits of cherry rounded by a nice tannin finish. Chardonnay was crisp and had citrus favor of apples and pears. I usually don’t like Chardonnay as it’s too oaky for me, but this is un-Oaked. Went well with cheese and a roast chicken for an afternoon meal! I would buy again — 4 years ago
