Fruity and bright, medium bodied. Very enjoyable! — 6 years ago
Pale yellow; lemon/lime pith, pungent blossoms, herbal notes, silex, seabreeze with smokey undertones; a citrus, mineral driven, salivating palate with a tacky mouth feel. Grapes on Argile and schist soils. — 7 years ago

Dry, mineral, fizzy but not overwhelming, with a fruity undertone. — a year ago
Green Cap. Exudes class. Nose gets confectionary after a while. Crazy confectionery. So aromatic and complex. Palate is like an orb with no edges due the kisses of sugar. So refined and finesse driven. Pillow like texture. A marvel but needs maybe 15+ years really if I am being honest. — 3 years ago
Really good savory Champaign. Dry, but not too harsh. Leah liked. — 5 years ago
A surprisingly good late harvest Chenin Blanc from South Africa. Impressive. Apricot, toffee, honey. Beautiful balance. Not unctuous. Rich texture and depth set off by just the right acidity. Nice stuff. — 6 years ago
