so fresh easy to drink but not so light — 7 years ago
This wine is surprising, and interesting. It has the slight fruitiness or a merlot, and oakiness of a cab, but also an odd, but delightful flavor that’s hard to describe. Almost like fir or pine, but very subtle. — 9 days ago
Surprisingly good. Gift wine. Would get again if I saw it. — 8 months ago
From Haskell’s box. Our first red Bordeaux, from Cadillac AOC Bordeaux region, which is right bank. Website says 60% Merlot 20% cab 20% Franc. Seemed a bit thin vs New World Cabs, but had softened tannins, dark fruit, early tawny color. will compare to other Merlots and to left bank claret later. D liked. W said ok. — 2 years ago

Pretty darn good. I had this wine with Spanish food. Baked chicken y arroz con abicheulas. With a side of purple cabbage mixed with kale. — 8 years ago
Great , costco — 3 months ago
Decent Bordeaux, I’d probably buy again, but would age it. Paired nicely with T-bone steaks and okay with dark chocolate. Strawberries, coffee and soil or wood are our taste and smelling notes. — 4 years ago
Note to self: BUY MORE!
A very nice, balanced Bordeaux blend. 70% merlot, 15% cab., 15% cab. Franc...
Yum. Especially at $12 — 7 years ago
95% Sémillon, with the rest divvied up between Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, affected by botrytis.
This is a rather lightly colored sweet Bordeaux that exudes the apricot-and-earth nose I get from all of this type. The minerality isn't terribly strong, but it's nice just the same. The palate is sweet and tasty with an easy acidity and a bit of a tart finish.

2014 vintage. No wood ageing ( like their cousins at Château Gilette, Sauternes). Mainly Sémillon, with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The pale golden colour still looks very fresh. Delicate and refined. Pineapple, roasted pecan nuts and lime. Like the 2014 Sauternes vintage, there is a nice acidity that balances the sweetness. Good almond length. Abv. 12,5%. This is still available at the estate for 11,50 euro! — 5 days ago
