Classic. Herbs. Blackberries. — 2 years ago
Full bodied and complex wine. Notes of blackberry, currant, pepper and floral. Wine feels a bit young even after decanting for 2+ hours. Excited to see what it will be in a handful of years. — 3 years ago

Les Folatieres is absolutely a magical vineyard. Energy of the site completely overtaking any wine in the glass. So great hard to put into words the amount of energy and ethereal structure is trapped in here. Thankful to have a few bottles 🙏🏼 — 5 years ago

Taught and restrained, especially considering Beaune in 2015. Solid texture with red fruit, pleasant acidity, and a soft mineral edge. — 4 years ago
Drinking Remarkably well, for a 2016 cdr. No indication but would presume its 100% Grenache. Good fruit well balanced remarkably drinkable for a 2016. — 5 years ago

A soft perfume of honeysuckle, citronella and hazelnut with touches of lemon pledge, lime zest and baked apple - juicy flesh flavors of yellow plum and quince were followed by lip smacking citric acidity, candied ginger, slight minerality and a whisper of toasty oak spice — 4 months ago
