Deep purple without any brick. Tarry black fruit jam on the nose. Bright grape and jam on the palate. A heavy rendering of Grenache with tons of alcohol. Drink right away with grilled meats. — 16 days ago

High quality regardless of the vintage. I love the balsamic aftertaste in this one. And if this vintage really still has some time ahead of it - then I hope that the balsamic notes will strengthen in it. — 13 days ago
A beautifully aged wine from a great producer! Black and red fruit with lots of tertiary oak (coconut and vanilla) notes with mushrooms — 2 months ago
Quite yellow gold colour , wide light lemon rim. Shows quite a lot of development . Quite toasty with roasted nuts , candied citrus peel , candle wax , ginger , saffron, curry powder, sea breeze. On the palate this is structured and quite full bodied with the nutty character , ginger and candied lemon rind , great intensity and grip , salty , balanced acidity and very long and balanced on the finish . Drinking well now but needs time to open , will probably continue at this high level for another 5-10 years and maybe even improve further — a month ago
BlackBerry, blueberry, black pepper and licorice surrounded with well integrated and soft tannins. While the finish was not as profound as I would have liked this was an excellent wine to represent Priorat’s Garnacha-based blends. — 12 days ago
Along a bustling path made of ancient cut cobblestone, shadows lengthen across the exterior walls. Taverns bursting at the seams with people searching for refuge and libations as the sun grows weary. At the edge of this narrow bustling thoroughfare, the cobblestone rises up and creates a barrier against the vast void of the Bay of Biscay. Laughter, playful arguments, and wanting whispers flood the air, adding to the oppressive heat the suns pushes towards me in its last ditch effort of discomfort for the day. I drink up every ray as my feet dangle towards the breaking waves. All is right. The sun rays slowly crossfade into the voices growing louder as the night begins.
Nose: light strawberry, cut grass, lemon thyme. All faintly so.
Palate: bell pepper, serrano pepper, thai basil, zippy, medium-high acid, light bodied, lower alcohol. — 18 days ago
