This is not quite ready. Vegetal, with bell peppers. 10 years in, I think the dye is cast.

Great high mineral Chablis with cast iron fried chicken. — 9 years ago
My first (and only in the UK market). Stunning. Australian, apera cast. Colour & flavour intensity is insane for 3yrs old.
If you enjoy high end Speyside or Japanese whisky as I do....find this. Very special. Fantastic in an old fashioned — 9 years ago
Very nice Rosè from the Languedoc-Roussillon region! Beautiful...has that orange cast to it! Medium plus body..great salinity! Showing key lime.. nectarine..cantaloupe..peach...Watermelon Jolly Ranchers..lavender..sea spray..presents to be a tidbit shy on the finish. Enjoying this with a Salmon salad...will revisit the leftovers tomorrow!
I was introduced to this
producer by accident when a "wrong bottle" was sent to me!
Thank you to @Severn Goodwin for suggesting that their Rosé is pretty decent! 😉
Enjoying this..no decant time and very minimal chill! — 5 years ago
Delicious red fruit forward with some slight minerality to it. Very good wine for the price. Yet another example it’s hard to believe Beaujolais does not cast more in this country. — 7 years ago
Garnet in color. And oh the mocha. Thaaaaaaa mochaaaaa. And the vanilla, too. This nose is KILLING IT with those coffee beans, cocoa beans, and vanilla beans. There’s also cassis and black cherries playing the fruit role, with cedar and charcoal and mint as a supporting cast. It’s medium to full bodied with a dusty mouthfeel and hot tannin. There’s flavors of black cherries, juicy plums, burnt caramel, and ancho chiles. It finishes hot and dry with flavors of plums, pencil shavings, and ancho chiles. — 8 years ago
Great match for Katz's Pastrami sandwich and sipping during a lazy afternoon. Just plain fun wine in a bojo sort of way. Bright fruit is the headliner with a touch of herbs and earth as the supporting cast. Had a touch of barnyard upon popping but that blew off with an hour decanting. Saved some for leftovers; got kept the band together. — 8 years ago
This comes from the personal label of vineyard manager Josh Clark and his wife Heather. Winemaker is Thomas Rivers Brown.
This is Samuel L. Jackson cast as Henry David Thoreau. A richly polished voice, with an attitude and a cadence that would even make gibberish entertaining. Beyond the ostensible hedonism, though, there's a substance that is layered, nuanced, and contemplative. But the former can certainly make it hard to focus on the latter.
Opens with some obvious, but not overpowering, malo butteriness which sets up perfectly for the blueberry pimp coat that takes center stage, surrounded by pencil shavings, crème de cassis, licorice, baked fig, and cigar box.

Approachable and pleasing. Nice chalk & minerality paired with white cherry, tart strawberry and underripe watermelon. Usual cast of characters, no fluff, no surprises - what you would expect from 15$ Sancerre — 9 years ago
*Disclaimer I sell this wine* Day 3 of a sample, paired with a late leftover dinner of cast iron grilled boneless pork chop with polenta and a white wine gravy. Beautiful almost opaque ruby color, with a bright nose of violets. Lots of licorice, chocolate and deep red fruits on the palate, gripping tannins on the finish. A nice way to wrap up the week! — 6 years ago
Awesome from first whiff to last sip! Smooth and crisp with plenty of flavour layers. White fleshed fruits, gooseberries, melon & lemon-lime. But the show stopper is fresh cut grass and herbs notes which blend in perfectly with these other layers to tantilize your mouth, then cast the shadow of fresh cut bell pepper and limestone to cleanse in the finish😃 #winecollective #nzsbtastespectacular #2017decanterrated95 — 7 years ago
My first viognier with some age on it. Major coconut cream pie, with other stone fruits as supporting cast. Still noticeably high alcohol, but maybe because I usually drink fairly low alcohol whites. Interesting and tasty wine. — 7 years ago
2009. This wine definitely benefited from some time in the decanter! Oaky aromas turned into dark berry fruits and smooth tannins. Went great with a cast iron pan seared t-bone with shitakes. — 8 years ago
Smooth moothfeel, low acid I think, can't taste the oak, I smell Greek yogurt — 8 years ago
Just pulling the cork was enough to get a waft of green and red peppers. This is sizzlingly fajitas (without the meat) on cast iron. Add in raspberry, cherry tomato, wet gravel, and a light dusting of bitter cocoa. Shows great balance and doesn't overdo the acid. Steps right up to the line of being flabby, but doesn't cross it. It's as big as it can be. — 8 years ago
Very well balanced drink. A nice gold to red color. Raisins, caramelized pecans, floral notes on the nose. Smooth on the palate. Oak shines, cocoa, sweet tobacco. Vanilla on the finish. — 9 years ago
Matt

Came out reduced and required ample aeration to open up. Ripe brambly berries, baked plums, hot stones, crushed rock, singed cast iron, fresh tar, cured meat, dried flowers, cinnamon, star anise, sweet brett. Classy and suave, there’s considerable energy and elegance in its texture. Burgundian if you will. Just the right amount of “dirty” adding layers and depth to a beautiful wine. — 5 years ago
