Cali cab that’s not too sweet or toasty. — 2 years ago
Inky garnet in the glass. Smoky bing cherry, clove and baking spices on the nose. Silky on the palate with vanilla and ripe raspberry, very fine tannins. Perfect pairing with Salmon in a Honey, Soy, Garlic and Dijon glaze! — 3 years ago
Just opened a 2004 and it was exactly the way that Walter Georis would have expected for 15 year old bottle of his wine. Amazing. — 5 years ago
A few years of aging has mellowed the tannins but the red fruit flavors are still there. At its peak. — 6 years ago
Yummy.. not a punch you in the mouth fruit forward but has the quality build of a higher end cab .
This 2005 held up very nicely .
Decanter a must to pour with out setiment. BUTTERY BlackBerry jam like , some vanilla and Caramel chocolate linger around smooth tannins and leathers. — 6 years ago
My favorite Pinot noir this far in my wine journey had trouble with the cork being 14 years old but still great tasting — 7 months ago

2013, dad gives it a 7.5 — 3 years ago
My first wine from Israel. The low ratings on delectable surprised me. Maybe people are too used to big bold Napa fruit bombs. This cab is constrained, almost medium bodied, austere, but delicious. This wine screams for food, sort of like a Nebbiolo. — 4 years ago
Great food and wine paired beautifully — 5 years ago
A bit fruit forward but nice and jammy. Another few years 👌
Good stuff ... and a lucky charmer as Michigan won .. Go Blue!! — 6 years ago

Paired with Pizza — 2 years ago
Petroleum, honeysuckle, yellow cake, and lavender nose. On the palate more petrol, peach nectar, honey, ruby red grapefruit, gunpowder, white pepper, with a powerful petrol after nose. I might have called this a quality german trocken Riesling in a blind test. This is a fabulous Viognier in the french style. — 4 years ago
Earthy, mineral and burnt peanuts nose. Hint of green herbal notes on the nose as well. Definitely a lot of peach on the front palate. Burnt, smoky flavours throughout, but the wine is unoaked. — 6 years ago
