My first viognier with some age on it. Major coconut cream pie, with other stone fruits as supporting cast. Still noticeably high alcohol, but maybe because I usually drink fairly low alcohol whites. Interesting and tasty wine. — 8 years ago

2012 vintage. Really good; developed some additional notes beyond the big youth. Someone noted they smelled it 6 feet away. Indeed fragrant. — 5 years ago
Great ISO drink
In all seriousness beautiful Pinot — 6 years ago
Dark fruit/plum. Med-full bodies. Improved over1-2 hours. Smooth tannins with good acid. Very well balanced. Love this Tuscan Syrah. 1 bottle left if this vintage. Drink next 3-4 years. — 7 years ago

Very soft and full open on the palate. Light but distinct floral bouquet on the nose. Apple and pomelo rind on the open with brioche on the finish. — 8 years ago
Stunning bouquet. Paired beautifully with the crab legs with jalapeño butter and grilled corn. One of the best values in bubbly I’ve had. $35-$40 @ Houston Wine Merchant. — 8 years ago
This pale yellow wine has a fragrant nose with some grassy, herbal notes, although not as grassy as the Tiare. There is a nice floral element and some tropical fruit, too. The palate shows a great Sauvignon Blanc flavor profile - citrus, minerals, herbs - and an acidity which is pleasant enough without getting too crazy. I sometimes find Sauvignon to be a little much on the palate for my taste, but that is not the case with the Turriano. It is a very nice sip and wonderful match for rice or pasta dishes, especially those with an herbal flair to them. BTW, this wine is Friuli DOC. — 5 years ago

Very easy drink and great with red meat dishes recommended — 7 years ago
Well balanced southern BC red blend from Oliver. Didn’t know anything about this wine while drinking. Nor did those I was drinking with. It was a gift. I commented that it was easily the quality of a $30 bottle. You won’t find it in the states and lucky to find in Canada for that matter. Vineyard produces limited number of cases. They state their 2016 vintage at 500 cases. If you do find it, BUY IT! — 7 years ago

Bright, lifted red fruits like sour cherry, raspberry, cranberry, red apple. High acid, very herbaceous. Needs fatty foods like pork, beef or lamb tartare, salumi and cheese. Chill it slightly like you would Gamay. — 8 years ago
