Bodega Paco Mulero Prisma Garnacha 2018 Calarayud DO
A very good surprise. Licorice and red forest berries on the nose, a nice, full bodied palate with a strong acid backbone, a nice fruit all along, some width and matter on the sides, a nice round mid palate with a bit of tannins which give a slight drying effect and leave way to a tiny bit of bitterness in the end, amongst red and black forest berries notes. — 3 years ago
Shiraz en méthode ripasso, élégant, moins de fruit et plus d'épices, tanins significatifs à la fin — 5 years ago

Just getting started on this bottle. Garnacha that is fresh and crispy brings me to bliss. Spain should be a country we love more. Cycling, prosciutto, olives, wine, futbol, the Canary Islands, Paco de Lucia, Andrés Segovia, Charo, Seinfeld’s episode about the third tenor...”The Other Guy”. About to have some spicy bruschetta, then eat some pizza while listening to The New Gems. — 5 years ago

Definitely at the peak...my 7yo daughter wanted to practice her somm skills, she swirled and smelled. Her assessment was it smells minty, like our cat Paco and old spaghetti. — 9 years ago
