Excellent for the price. Fruity and light tannins. Paired excellently with pork and spicy food. — 3 years ago
Quaffable. A great house red wine that doesn't try to do more than it needs. Fantastic slightly chilled and served with grilled foods. — 5 years ago

Sparkling wine, feeling so fine. This was so lovely. The grapefruit notes made it very memorable. — 3 years ago

Vintage 2016 / VDP Grosse Lage / from the famous Eschendorfer Lump, this is the topwine of Horst Sauer. Has more than any other #silvaner: beautiful acidity, buttery in smell, lots of minerals, awesome balance even now the wine is ultra young. This #franken wine has potential to age in to a real beauty. — 6 years ago
Beautiful. — 2 years ago
Really enjoyed this semi sweet, slightly sparkly white wine. Kind of like a dryish Riesling? — 3 years ago
Pear, apple, white flowers, petrichor...fruit forward with well balanced acidity...notes of citrus and minerality come through towards the finish. — 3 years ago
Almost 2 years since I’ve had this. What a wine. Gorgeous nose of herbal vegetables that are so so fresh. Dynamic mineralIty on the nose with also a hint of fat. Palate is elegant and mineral with wonderful juiciness and a haunting opulent yet undeniably fresh texture. Age has really helped this be fully expressive. Great balance and purity. — 5 years ago
