There is a district taste there, I don't know what it is, but it is distinct. Would be good with fish. Great, now the taste is gone :(

More zip than other Sylvaners I've had. Is florality a word? If so, that is more in the background, but still present. Possible gateway wine for beer drinkers. Oh, and <$20 for a liter? Winnah! Why aren't all bottles a liter?
