Still showing a lot of tannic and acidic structure, but enough fruit to keep it in check once it had a few hours of air, youthful still, and brawny. — 2 years ago

High toned floral aromas with peach fruit wrapped in a smoky mineral veil. Lush and dense on palate with floral notes, apricot and pear fruit with a smoky spiced accent. — 7 years ago

2013 vintage. In the cellars in Meursault with Bertrand Boisset. Difficult to tell the colour in the cellar light. Great, refined nose - oak is evident but not overwhelming, nutty and citrus fruits. Tight and too young to drink right now. Fabulous tension and high acidity, medium light body, medium alcohol and medium plus concentration and length. Mineral notes on the mid palate. Complex and intellectual. Drink 2020-2036+ — 10 years ago
The palate is full of lively verve. Lemon lime high acidity. What seemed at first to be notes of hazelnut actually blew off. In fact I mistook these notes. The wine seems to be rather reduced. Color is light gold/dark lemon. Went well with roast pork. — 12 years ago
Tasty Pinot Gris. Nice after dinner wine. Enough acid to make a great pairing. — 12 years ago

I've never had a wine that tastes like this. At first hits you like a mature sweet wine, but without the presence of residual sugar. And then the savory notes come on, namely collard greens with the aunt you never had's bad touch of ham hock. Exquisite, pure, mature, $37! — 13 years ago

Medium deep garnet, ruby core with medium light garnet rim . This is quite meaty and deep on the nose , with earthy dark cherry , porcini , sweet blackberry and spiced sous bois . On the palate this is quite severe and serious , darker fruits , ripe blackberry , cherry and hint of blackcurrant, herbal hints. Quite gritty , slightly drying tannins , fresh acidity . Earthy , dusty dark cherry edged finish , ok medium length. Quite ambitious for a village and arguably not ready yet , tannins need a little more time to integrate. From now and over the next 5 years, if not longer . — a year ago
