Pinot juice fortified immediately 👌👌 absolutely amazing. Rose pedal, caramel, lightly oxidized. Exquisite — 8 years ago
great energy, dont get it with classic vocabulary, tried it first at k&u house fair after 40 wines , and thought it is shining, still think so. — 9 years ago
Full bodied for a trousseau, flinty cherries, tart, spice box mid and upon finish. Aged in clay jugs, buried underground and then resurrected, like what's his face🐲 — 10 years ago

Heady macvin, late harvest grapes fortifies w marc du Jura, then aged in oak w no fermentation. A delightful sherry-like nose, deliciously viscous. Fine finale @ Sauvage tonight! — 13 years ago

Interesting fortified Pinot Noir. Sweet red cherry dominates with a hint of herbs and citrus. Perfect pairing with 70% cocoa. — 12 years ago

Boldly and marvelously fragrant, with ripe cherry, blackberries, almond paste, cinnamon stick, and hints of cloves, spicy mint, and warm tires on the nose. Dark cherry, juicy plum, raspberry on the palate with notes of milk chocolate giving way to sharp scratchy mint-tea tannins and a hint of bacon fat emerging with black peppercorns on a long finish. Very well done and interesting. Excellent value — 6 years ago
