Apparently he has been a benchmark for pignolo and schioppettino for a long time
Wine style is big
Wines get released after many years depending when he thinks they are ready
The schioppettino gave me the best impression
Fruit, spices(coriander seeds and white pepper) and a bit of incense
You keep swirling you will get more and more
Very long

I tried that too, they are all very fascinating. Strangely he only keeps a small amount for Italy..perhaps we are not the best payers🤣🤣
