When chill, tannin forward. Close to room temp, fruits explode and complement very well sweet and sour dishes, as well as cheese w/ peasant bread — 2 years ago
Rosé. Check. Picnic in dumbo park. Check. View of my fiancée. Check. Amazing moment. — 3 years ago

Sharp and briny. Lovely taste of Corsica with a pasta dish. Did really well with pork sausage and fennel. — 2 years ago
Definitely red fruit forward with high mineralogy, this rosé is crisp and zesty to complement any kind of meal. If I want to drink it at aperitif without food, I tend to add a couple ice cubes to soften the acidity. Beware this rosé is light enough to finish it real fast. — 3 years ago

Fruity and oaky. Light on the palate and swallow. Quick flavors that don’t hang too long. Not my fav CDP. Did not disappoint although this 2015 kinda did not pair well with the roasted sausage/potatoes dish I made that night. — 3 years ago
Still my favorite white. Limestone and grapes acidity. Great chilled. — 3 years ago
