Clean, fresh at nearly 5 years. Reductive and a little spritzy in a good way. Resembles a top German Müller-Thurgau. — 3 months ago
Rich mouth feel for a Pinot Grigio. White flowers, minerals and lemon peel. — 4 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The Trento Brut pours a light straw color with persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow apple, white peach, fresh brioche, lemon curd and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Easily some of the best bubbles available for $25. Disgorged in 2024. Drink now. — 5 months ago

Vintage 2021 | High end Chardonnay to adore. A very broad spectrum of impressions in smell, citrus, apple, almond, good balance and that appealing swallow-factor. Vines up to 78 years old. Very nice. — a month ago
