— 7 years ago

Kul att testa denna druvsjua. Impad av att det inte bara blev kul utan även djupt och nyanserat. Hade bra koncentration, härliga havsstänk mer mogen frukt.

Dark cherries and black currant. Deep purple color. Really gets better after being open for an hour. Moderate+ tannins. Had another glass 24 hours after opening and I think it was even better. — 9 years ago

Clone 7

Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

2012 enjoyed in April 2015. Dark ruby in color with a slight sunset around the edge. Chalky/earth & plum jam nose. Soft tannins and a slight chewy fruit... finish gives you a little jawlock with every taste. Takes an hour or two to open up. Great value at $14 bucks (HEB R/S) — 10 years ago

Nova 7 Annapolis Valley White Blend 2017

Pleasant aperitif. Moscato style presumably from Muscat grape, but varietals in blend not specified. A low alcohol (7.5), little sweet and little sparkling, fruit-forward wine. — 7 years ago

Barnaby and I got this wine as a gift on our 10 year anniversary. We found the perfect night to drink it- after a very long day of harvest work with pizza. It was such a treat. — 10 years ago

Deep ruby red with some garnet edges. Powerful still on the nose and palate. Tons of baking spices on the nose, especially cinnamon, dark red berries, and a touch savory. Moderate tannins (7/10) and full bodied. Layers of spices and dark red berries on the palate. Long and lingering finish. Great structure and still has life left in it. Drink till 2022. — 8 years ago

@Greg Ballington This is one producer that I regret taking for granted. I remember tasting 01/05/07/08 and never paid more than $50 or $60. You'd be lucky to find any vintage now at twice that.
