Deep tart cherry that stays bright in acidity while staying round in mouthfeel. Very nice. From La Meme Chose. — 2 months ago
Great fruit in this one! Much less feral and rustic than I expected. Wow. — 24 days ago
Wow….my impression of this wine front to back compounded me…bright but sharp fruit backbone to an older Pomerol terroir and ruddier …so fun! — 3 months ago
Clear, deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of cassis, cedar, and graphite on the nose; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blackberries, black cherries, eucalyptus, and wet gravel with a medium finish. This wine is intense and complex, but a little too tannic and bitter for the amount of fruit (it probably needs more age, or more time in the decanter). After 30 minutes in a decanter, this wine is much more balanced and well integrated. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 3 months ago

very pleasant, elegant, all kinds of cherry, raspberry and red currant on nose, some red florals, spice and an herbal note. great varietal typicity w/out carbonics - legit, classic style, has many more years ahead, mild tannins and decent acidity make this versatile for food options — 3 months ago
