Bright apples and saltiness. Very zippy and rounded. Perfumed and fresh. Very good.

In a great spot. Doesn’t need anymore age. Still tons of minerality, good bit of acid. Drink up

Crisp snap from pretty acid. Not too shabby plate of some Foie to polish up the edges

Oh me oh my what a wine. Crisp, buttery, all sorts of flavors ranging from roasted peach to toasted drop buttermilk biscuits. Sweet and chewy with enough acid to really keep it on his toes. Had this with roasted Spring tomatoes on top of a chunk of feta cheese with olive oil and spices. Beyond delicious.

No premox! Rich with a good dose of minerals. Drink up!

Clear color, clean ocean breeze nose, lemon oil, citrus, and all the typical Chablis flavors on palate, long finish. I’m coming back to this maker.

A lovely bright mineral nose with lime, flint, oyster shells. Supple rounded midpalate with good fruit that’s restrained and cool. A long, dry, detailed finish. This is one of the most subtle yet intense and complete Fevre I’ve had. Really excellent.
