A fantastic ‘11! No doubt in a leaner style but there’s clear Fourrier signature and it’s so fresh, with absolutely zero greenness, just beautiful floral perfume and bright red cherry fruit that waft from the glass. The palate gains notably in weight and intensity and its pure, focused and saline-mineral inflicted finishes keeps on lingering. Great showing for a vintage I generally avoid in reds.

A little spritzy at first, but it calms down and shows beautiful fruit and some underlying secondaries. Maybe the best '11 1er I've tried to date.

Toasty wood that integrates so nicely with the wine. Seems to benefit from the French decant. Had its peaks and troughs. Rubbing alcohol finish for a period of time, but that went away.
