(NV) Johns fridge: A good ratio of matthiason jam to bubbles

Wow this is different in 2020. Much more perfumed flowers and grass on the nose. Really lovely. Light bodied with good acid. Also some sea shell, a bit of citrus. I’d be curious to see if I’d guess Sauvignon blanc if tasted blind.

Good! Exceedingly smooth and more rounded than most roses. I’m guessing the unconventional blend is what sets it apart and makes it so interesting.

Fresh n easy acid//dry over fruit/berry finish little aroma or length

Astor Wines - bright acidity, a little more than I like in rosé, but good, medium body

I was very disappointed in last years vintage- it was all the Somm rage and then when I tasted it, it was a stingy on the fruit wine that was plainly uninteresting. It seemed as it was simply a popular wine to like because it was Touriga Nacional & it was Arnot Roberts. For $29 this better be damn good.

A crowd pleaser.

A summer favorite. One of the best Cali rose. Delicate, floral, but balanced. Easy to drink with or without food.
