Tastes bold enough To be a red! — 9 years ago
Killer juice. Blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, delicious fruit. High acid, moderate tannin. There's a savory note here as well. A fantastic wine with food--paired with steak. That, plus A1, was a match made in heaven. — 10 years ago

Touch horsey out of the gates but loads of Foillard spicey cherries. Earth, flowers and just that decadence of killer Foillard CDP. Juicy and so concentrated with bursting juicy grapes and terrific freshness. Really big structure and nice cut. Really great now but years to go. — 9 years ago
Because it's always killer. — 9 years ago
The nose leads you down a path to oak and very ripe fruit notes, however the palate is pure, precise like a howitzer shell of tannin and structure. Should be killer in 10+ years as the palate is fresh, with very good balance and acidity. Complexity with age should increase the score and my interest but right now it needs time. — 10 years ago
Natty vermentino from CA. Killer. Reminder- drink more vermentino Jenks. — 7 years ago
On tap. One of the original greats. Dank, juicy, crunk. #threefloyds #paleale — 8 years ago
Well, I fired up a couple of fullblood waygu fillets for tonight (and Vanessa made a KILLER polenta), so the competition was tough. This is a terrific cab nevertheless. Classic nose of black fruits, violet, cedar, and black currants with a hint of leather. Not as tannic as I was expecting, but still had enough backbone to keep it interesting. If you have this, I’d suggest waiting a couple of years, as I suspect it will be more interesting once it starts acquiring more secondary flavors. Still a terrific cab! — 8 years ago

Got to take advantage of another Wednesday Wine Committee and boy was it worth it. Wow! Killer wines brought by Glenn for his 60th! As always, wines tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert wine.
As @Bill Bender says, "lunch bags for the win!" Absolutely gorgeous. Well crafted and refined. Almost elegant at this stage. Hardly any bricking. Great color. Hard to imagine this wine being any better than it is now. Total harmonious package of dark fruit, medium bodied palate, and a great nose that keeps you guessing between Napa and Bordeaux. — 9 years ago

Killer value. Fresh and dried strawberry, rose petal, tart cherry, Italian anise cookie, new leather, fresh earth, bittersweet cocoa, almond paste. Medium body, medium plus acidity, balanced and flavorful. — 6 years ago
