Drank along side Quilt Fabric of the Land which was better. Would buy again. — 5 months ago
Cherry, cocoa, leather and blackberry. Fruity but very dark and rich, a little chewy. — 3 days ago
Incredibly smooth - had with rigatoni bake - 2017 — 2 months ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of rich berry fruit, floral and complex spice, 76% Cab Sauvignon, 22% Malbec & 3% Petite Verdot . On the palate flavors of blackberry and blueberry with floral spice, integrated vanilla oak and earthy cinnamon. Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, vanilla oak and soft earthy notes, will still develop! A nice fillet mignon with Cabernet gravy will go well. — 3 months ago
Wow! Vintage 2016. — 7 days ago
Peach, pear, and tangerine over orange blossom and jasmine. Slightly sweet but still acidic enough to balance a cheeseboard or meal. — 2 months ago
Surprisingly fruity if you give it time to open. Cherry, cassis, and leather with soft oak. — 4 months ago

Probably twenty years back, I tried this wine and absolutely loved it. Over the years, I have revisited, and quality seems to vary greatly. I saw this wine discounted to $11 today and thought with 4 years of age, I would give it a whirl! This is delicious! It is leaning towards being extracted, but not! On the nose rich fruit of cherry, strawberries, and blackberry; white pepper, cedar, and granite! Tastes of Licorice Nibs, blackberries, Bing cherry, graham cracker, pencil lead, and crushed wet rock. Ninety minute decant. — 5 days ago
