What a nose. It pops. Big peach and apricot and that purest citrusy syrup dash of honey thing. Really singing. Slate in the background but beautiful and clean fruit. Floral and almost a nougat element as well. Stunning. Palate is at once opulent and also bone dry with razor sharp 2008 acidity and cleansing minerality and citrus on the finish which really is long and delineated. This is outrageous now. — 8 years ago

In the zone. Nose is confectionery city with all types of citrus and apricot. Wow the brown sugar confection is not to be messed with. A stunning nose. Some dried honey as well. Palate is super pure and crisp with wonderful freshness, elegance and delicate, cleansing acidity. Sappy and so so pure. Great, delicate concentration and such a nimble wine. It's the bourbon of wine. Just right. It literally gives this wonderful raw slightly earthy funk but lends a solid dry yet allowing hints of sweet/tartness textured Pino Grigio that you wish you could find at a resteraunt in the States... I'm impressed. — 9 years ago
