A bit dry but still really enjoyed the flavor and finish, and a decent value — 3 years ago
Great Arinto. The Azores. Love it! — 3 years ago
Beautiful enticing aromatics with some dark fruit (more red than black), a bit of kirsch, wet earth, leather, tobacco leaf and a exotic spice box. Evolved yet surprisingly fresh!
Quite light on the palate yet with a lot of character & presence, aetheric and airy yet with power & precision. Brilliant energy & elegance with lively acidity and mellowed, ultra fine tannins.
This is a meditation wine - I could sit with a glass of this the whole evening!

What a beauty!
Tart cherry, a touch of cinnamon, wilted flowers, a saline, rocky note and touch of orange peel. A hint of leather. Aetheric & enticing. And evolving.
On the palate this is more austere than in the nose. Zippy cherry acidity, present yet super finely grained tannins, the fruit only in the background. So food friendly. And intriguing. And delicious.
I think this is in the perfect drinking spot right now. Delish! — 10 months ago
Vega Sicilia’s entry-level red, 100% Tempranillo from 30 years old vineyards in Padilla, Valbuena de Duero y Pesquera de Duero. Modern-style Ribera del Duero. Aged in French oak barrels for 12-14 months. Dark ruby color. Complex nose with aromas of red and dark fruit (dark cherry, ripe blackberries), smoke, mint, sweet spices and a whiff of vanilla. Pure, fresh and juicy. Medium to full bodied, silky, very elegant, balanced. Good acidity — 4 years ago

We didn’t drink last night and we don’t have any orange juice, but we ARE enjoying this now!
Happy New Year!!! — 5 years ago
Delicious. Bold and smooth. Strong earthy notes with a fried pepper and sweet notes of... something. The finish isn't long but it doesn't matter. — 6 years ago
Very good dry Lambrusco — 9 months ago
Translucent garnet with a bit of oranging.
Floral nose with red currant and raspberry fruit.
Light bodied, upright acidity and astringency giving way to velvet tannins. Probably has another 10 years before peaking. — 3 years ago

Now it is no longer a generic Monferrato bianco, but Bussanello has his own appellation in Piedmont. — 6 years ago
