Tasted at the winery. Great example of a well made Campania white. — 7 years ago
Sciascinoso and Aglianico blend, which are varietals native to Campania. Intense ruby with cherry and floral notes. Great example from one of the best and creative wine lists in Toronto or anywhere, hands down. 91+

This was staff pick at Bacon's in Hudson. Dry, in a good way. Very good. — 8 years ago
A pleasant surprise. Light to medium bodied, with some lemony citrus and nutty flavors. Soft finish. Acidity and minerality all good. Really enjoyed it with pasta e ceci ( even though half way through making it I realized i had no chickpeas and substituted cannelloni beans. ) — 4 years ago
Fruity and delicious — 6 years ago
Dry Brachetto. Bright, easy drinking, very versatile. Pretty nose - strawberry, red cherry, roses . Reminded me of frappato — 6 years ago
Not too dry. Good with food. Tomato basil salad or maybe dry aged cheese — 7 years ago
Bright and floral with peach, overripe pear, crushed flowers, lemon, and an herbal/mossy undertone. Medium acid, 13.5% alcohol, medium finish with some light mineral notes, sea salt and lemon curd. Yum. — 7 years ago
Great wine with a lot of character. Had it at Sottocasa — 8 years ago
Not because of content, but because of circumstance... the best prosecco I've ever had. #anthonyslaststand — 8 years ago

Need to buy again to truly understand the range of this wine. — 7 years ago
Old school rustic Italian, quite dark fruited, salty. Medium body. Very tannic on the back end, very structured wine. Substantial acid. Needs a couple hours of air to come together and show properly. Pair with 🍝 for a pretty pretty good time. // turns into something special on day 2 — 7 years ago
Powerful, medium bodied Barolo, with lots of texture, exquisite notes of spice, dark fruit, and lively acidity. Delightful with pork loin, making for a memorable winter evening. — 8 years ago

No formal notes - from half bottle. I have always loved the rich flavoursome notes of Falanghina from the Campania region of Italy with notes of honeysuckle and pear. Impossible not to like. — 2 years ago
